- - Key Responsibilities
- - Lead brand partnerships end-to-end: prospecting, pitching, negotiation & closure
- Build and manage strong relationships with brands and agencies
- Understand brand objectives and create influencer-led campaign solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution
- Maintain sales pipeline, reporting, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- - Ideal Candidate




- - 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Brand Sales / Media Sales / Digital Marketing / Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem
- Target-driven with a solid ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluent in Hindi & English
