About Role

We are looking for a highly creative, concept-driven Branding Designer who can translate ideas into distinctive visual identities and compelling brand experiences.

This role is for someone who goes beyond simply executing a brief—you should be able to think conceptually, develop ideas, understand brand strategy and create visually strong work that communicates with purpose.

You will work across a variety of projects and industries, giving you the opportunity to explore different visual styles, creative challenges and brand identities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop unique and impactful brand identities from concept to execution.
- Create logos, visual identities, brand guidelines, typography systems, colour palettes and design assets.
- Develop creative concepts and moodboards based on brand strategy and client objectives.




- Translate ideas into visually compelling branding and campaign concepts.
- Design social media creatives, digital assets, presentations, marketing collateral and other brand communication.
- Maintain consistency across multiple brand touchpoints.
- Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to understand briefs and develop relevant design solutions.
- Present creative concepts and confidently communicate the thought process behind your work.
- Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
- Research emerging design trends, visual references, typography and creative techniques to continuously improve the quality of work.

What We Are Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in branding, graphic design, visual communication, design studios or creative agencies.
- A strong and relevant portfolio showcasing branding, visual identity, campaigns and conceptual design.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts and visual hierarchy.
- Strong conceptual thinking and an ability to turn abstract ideas into clear visual solutions.




- Strong aesthetic sense and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Ability to understand client requirements while bringing your own creative perspective.
- Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- A curious, experimental and constantly learning mindset.
