Role Description The Brand Designer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Surat.

The Brand

Designer will be responsible for developing and refining brand identities, creating visual concepts, and designing assets across digital and print platforms. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with strategy and web design teams, translating brand positioning into cohesive visual systems, and producing design deliverables such as logos, brand guidelines, social media graphics, and website visuals.



The role also involves presenting design concepts to clients, iterating based on feedback, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Brand Identity and Branding, with experience creating cohesive brand systems.
- Proficiency in Brand Design and Visual Design for both digital and print applications.
- Solid Graphic Design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and iconography.
- Ability to use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating brand identity projects and visual design work.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
