We are looking for an ambitious and performance-driven Branch Manager / Branch Head to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, manage client relationships, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HNI, corporate, and retail clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
- Monitor daily and weekly team performance and achieve business targets.
- Organize investor meets, promotional activities, and cross-selling initiatives.

Branch Operations & Compliance

- Oversee day-to-day branch operations across equity, commodity, and investment products.
- Ensure smooth handling of pay-in/pay-out, documentation, and client grievances.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.




- Monitor risk management and operational processes.
- Prepare and submit branch performance reports to the Regional Manager.

Team Leadership

- Lead, motivate, mentor, and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular training on products, communication, sales, and compliance.
- Build a positive and performance-driven work culture.
- Address team concerns and maintain discipline within the branch.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 4–6 years of experience in Financial Services, BFSI Sales, Branch Operations, Wealth Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in business development and team management.
- Strong understanding of financial products and investment services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Any Graduate.
