About the RoleSSRC Logistics is looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Jalgaon branch. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling truck placements, vendor coordination, branch operations, and team management, while ensuring smooth and timely execution of transportation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Handle truck placements as per customer requirements and operational schedules.
- Coordinate with transporters, truck owners, and vendors for vehicle availability and placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and transport partners.
- Monitor vehicle placement, reporting, loading, dispatch, and delivery activities.
- Lead and manage the branch team, allocate responsibilities, and monitor performance.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues, delays, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, drivers, and vendors to maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor transportation costs, vendor performance, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain proper branch documentation, MIS reports, and operational records.




- Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and operational policies.
- Take ownership of branch performance and work toward achieving operational and business targets.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3–7 years in logistics, transportation, fleet management, or branch operations.
- Strong experience in truck placement and transporter/vendor coordination.
- Good understanding of local transportation and logistics operations.
- Proven ability to manage teams and handle branch-level responsibilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational requirements.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting/MIS.
- Candidates with experience in FTL, freight transportation, or 3PL operations will be preferred.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
