- Qualify leads, identify decision‑makers, uncover customer pain points, and present tailored broadband solutions.
- Handle objections professionally, secure appointments or approvals, and close sales or schedule follow‑ups.
- Accurately record call activity, outcomes, and customer details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with installation, billing, and technical teams to ensure smooth handovers.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales and activity targets while maintaining high quality and compliance standards. Who We’re Looking For 1. Strong verbal English communication skills and clear phone manners.
