Role Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Blue Yonder WMS.
- Troubleshoot warehouse, integration, interface and application issues.
- Perform incident and problem management activities.
- Conduct RCA and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Support inbound, outbound, inventory and replenishment processes.
- Perform end-to-end testing and validate system changes.
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot production issues within SLA.
- Monitor BY WMS application performance and resolve system issues.
- Deploy Blue Yonder patches and support product-related queries.
- Guide support teams and provide super-user training when required
