Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Specialist role based in the Pune Division. The BIM Specialist will develop and manage Building Information Models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects, ensuring that models are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project standards. Daily responsibilities include setting up and maintaining BIM templates, families, and libraries; performing clash detection and resolving coordination issues with multidisciplinary teams; and preparing detailed BIM documentation, drawings, and submittals for client review.

The role involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate design inputs, update models based on feedback,



and support project delivery throughout the lifecycle. The BIM Specialist will also contribute to process improvement, adhere to quality and data management standards, and support the adoption of BIM best practices across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, including experience creating and managing detailed project models.
- Hands-on experience in BIM Design, including clash detection, issue resolution, and coordination between architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
- Background in Architecture or related built-workplace disciplines, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and design intent.
- Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within a BIM environment, including model integration and coordination.
- Ability to prepare, review, and manage BIM-related submittals and documentation in line with client and project standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard BIM/CAD software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD or equivalent) and familiarity with common BIM standards and protocols.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven, project-based environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
