About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer – III with strong expertise in Revit Architecture. The role involves working closely with the Project Manager on design development, construction documentation, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in maintaining design and technical quality standards
- Prepare floor plans, wall partition plans, RCPs, elevations, millwork drawings, and construction documents
- Set up and maintain Revit drawing standards and consistency across deliverables
- Handle projects from concept through design development and construction documentation
- Maintain strong proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD
- Ensure project schedules, deadlines,
and quality standards are met
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Strong command of Revit Architecture is mandatory
- Experience with multifamily, single-family, or townhome projects preferred
- Solid knowledge of architectural documentation and construction drawings
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
