About the Role

We are looking for a passionate BIM Learning Specialist to deliver high-impact, industry-aligned learning experiences that prepare students and working professionals for successful careers in Digital Construction. The role combines technical expertise, facilitation skills and learner mentoring to create engaging, practical and outcome-driven learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver engaging classroom, online and hybrid BIM learning sessions.

· ⁠Work closely with mentors (external experts) in delivering the training with their inputs and understanding of challenges out in the field, and improving the course contents

· Mentor learners throughout their learning journey and provide continuous coaching and feedback.

· Assess assignments, projects and practical exercises to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.

· Support learners with portfolio development, interview preparation and certification readiness.

· Contribute to curriculum enhancement by developing learning materials, assessments and case studies.

· Integrate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled learning tools and digital construction practices,



into training delivery.

· Collaborate with Academic, Product and Industry teams to ensure curriculum relevance and learner success.

· Represent Engridd at colleges, universities, webinars and industry events. Participate in webinars, workshops and industry engagement initiatives.

· Support pre-sales activities by addressing prospective students, explaining program outcomes and career opportunities.

Skills & Experience

· A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

· 3–6 years of experience in BIM implementation, coordination or training.

· Hands-on experience in training and executing BIM workflows across Architectural, Structural, or MEP disciplines in live project environments.

· Knowledge and hands on experience in Revit verticals, Navisworks, ACC(Autodesk Construction Cloud)

· Preferably Knowledge and experience in other parallel BIM products such as ArchiCAD, VectorWorks and Nemetschk BIM suites, Trimble Tekla, Bentley BIM suites, and BricsCAD

· Exposure to Revitso, Blubeam, SketchUp, synchro Etc

· Overall knowledge of Document Management System (CDE), QTO and costing programs, -4D, 5D, 6D and 7D apps and tools

· Excellent facilitation, presentation and mentoring skills.

· Passion for teaching and developing industry-ready professionals.
