Position SummaryAs an MEP BIM Engineer at HJVES, you will play a key role in transforming engineering designs into intelligent BIM models that support successful project delivery. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated, clash-free, and construction-ready models while maintaining the highest standards of quality and engineering excellence.

This position requires a strong understanding of MEP systems, BIM processes, engineering coordination, and construction methodologies.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop accurate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project standards and BIM Execution Plans.
- Produce coordinated Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health service models for various project stages.
- Participate in multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.




- Review architectural, structural, and MEP information to identify design conflicts and propose practical engineering solutions.
- Prepare coordinated construction documentation, including layouts, sections, schedules, and detailed drawings.
- Support the development of builder's work drawings, plant room layouts, riser coordination, and service routing.
- Ensure all models comply with client BIM standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
- Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and proper documentation throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, BIM coordinators, project managers, consultants, and contractors across international projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM standards, workflows, templates, and best practices within HJVES.
- Participate in internal quality reviews to ensure every deliverable is technically accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready.
- Demonstrate proactive communication, ownership, and a solution-oriented approach throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.




- Strong understanding of MEP building services.
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage for coordination and clash detection.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM documentation workflows.
- Understanding of international engineering standards and construction practices is desirable.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within multidisciplinary project teams.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of BIM Level 2 workflows.
- Experience with LOD development and model coordination.
- Understanding of construction sequencing and installation methodologies.
- Exposure to Scan-to-BIM, point cloud modelling, or digital engineering workflows is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards is desirable.
