Role & responsibilities :

- Handling quantities / BOQ preparations, Cost Estimates, Handling Contractual Issues, Rate Analysis, Billing, Variation and Claims, Budget Control, Physical Checks, Ability to Compile all Technical and Commercial specifications.
- Performing site condition variation by estimating the actual quantity required on basis of survey reports, BOQ
- Identify any possible BOQ variations
- Perform client billing by estimating the quantity & variations for BOQ items executed
- Finalise the value of work done to make payment and make necessary deductions
- Add any possible escalations to the final value to arrive at the total value for the work done
- Ability to plan the activities at Project Site and push execution team for adherence




- Ready to visit site and client place as and when required.
- Candidate should able to draw in autocad

Preferred candidate profile :

- 1-5 Yrs Exp
- Dip/Degree in Civil
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well versed with Autocad, Primavera, MS Project, MS Office
- Candidates should be willing to travel to Project Locations
- Experience in Industrial Project is added advantage.
