Role Description The Billing Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City.

The Billing

Engineer will prepare and verify bills for construction projects, ensure accurate measurement and documentation of work done, and manage BOQ-related activities.

Responsibilities include performing rate analysis, coordinating with project and site teams for quantity verification, and updating billing systems to reflect project progress. The role also involves supporting quantity surveying tasks,



maintaining transparent records for audits and client reviews, and contributing to efficient cost control and project reporting.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying, with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
- Experience working with Billing Systems and handling project billing documentation and workflows.
- Proficiency in Rate Analysis and cost estimation for materials, labor, and activities.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for checking quantities, validating claims, and ensuring billing accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards, contract terms, and measurement practices.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and relevant engineering or billing software.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and ability to collaborate with site and project teams.
