Qualification: MBA Mandatory

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bid Executive to manage government and private-sector tendering activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in tender identification, bid documentation, e-procurement portal submissions, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical requirements, and commercial conditions.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation.
- Create compliance sheets, checklists, undertakings, declarations, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, HR, legal, and management teams for bid inputs.
- Upload and submit bids within prescribed deadlines.
- Manage online and offline tender submissions, including EMD, tender fees, and supporting documents.
- Track tender status, corrigenda, clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and bid-opening results.




- Maintain an organised repository of submitted bids, credentials, certificates, and tender records.
- Support proposal preparation, presentations, and client correspondence.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management or bid coordination.
- MBA qualification is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and government e-procurement portals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to interpret tender conditions and manage multiple deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a solid sense of ownership.

Preferred
- Experience in preparing bids for IT services, software development, manpower, or government projects.
- Familiarity with techno-commercial proposals, EMD, PBG, eligibility documents, and tender compliance.
- Knowledge of government procurement procedures will be an advantage.
