Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Behavioral Therapist role based in Nizampet.

The Behavioral

Therapist will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions for children and other clients.

Responsibilities include implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, tracking progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals.



The role also involves educating caregivers on behavior management strategies, participating in case discussions and training, and supporting the institute’s commitment to ethical, client-centered mental health care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge and practical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Psychology and an understanding of developmental and behavioral disorders.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills, including empathy, active listening, and explicit communication.
- Candidates should possess experience Working With Children in clinical, educational, or therapeutic settings.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- Ability to maintain ethical practice standards, confidentiality, and accurate clinical records.
- Comfort working in a multidisciplinary team and openness to ongoing training and supervision.
- Prior experience in mental health or neurodevelopmental services, and familiarity with telehealth practices, is an advantage.
