Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in Staffing / Recruitment / HR Services to drive new client acquisition, business growth, and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in B2B sales, client acquisition, staffing solutions, contract staffing, permanent hiring, client relationship management, negotiation, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire current clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, TA Heads, Hiring Managers, Procurement teams, and business decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Sell Permanent Recruitment, Contract Staffing, Contract-to-Hire, RPO and Manpower Staffing solutions.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation client meetings requirement understanding proposal negotiation closure onboarding.
- Prepare and present business proposals, commercial proposals, presentations, MSAs/SOWs, and pricing models.
- Negotiate commercials, terms, and service agreements and successfully close new accounts.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and account expansion.
- Track leads, opportunities, client interactions, closures, and forecasts using CRM tools.




- Monitor staffing industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and market opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, networking events, industry forums, and business development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- experience in Business Development / Sales within Staffing, Recruitment, HR Consulting, or Manpower Services.
- Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong knowledge of IT Staffing / Non-IT Staffing / Contract Staffing / Permanent Recruitment.
- Excellent B2B sales, cold calling, lead generation, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment and staffing lifecycle.
- Experience dealing with corporate clients, HR/TA teams, procurement, MSP/VMS or vendor partners is an advantage.
- Existing client network or established industry contacts will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking systems.
- Highly target-oriented with strong relationship-building and closure skills.
