Vertical 3D Tech is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of hands-on Upwork Business Development experience to join our growing team.

Job Location : Mohali, Punjab

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects.
- Research clients and understand project requirements.
- Write effective and personalized proposals.
- Track proposals, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Manage and grow the company's Upwork profile.
- Generate consistent business through Upwork.
- Focus on eCommerce projects such as Shopify and WordPress.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on Upwork Business Development experience — Mandatory.
- Proven track record of winning projects through Upwork.
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, eCommerce, web development,



or digital services is preferred.
- Strong communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and focused on results.
