About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Developer Intern to join our engineering team. You will work with experienced developers to build, maintain, and improve backend services and APIs.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Debug issues and fix backend bugs.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Learn and work with Rust for backend development.
- Assist in improving application performance and reliability.
- Follow best practices for security, testing, and version control.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Basic understanding of programming fundamentals and data structures.
- Willingness to learn Rust.




- Positive problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and work in a team.

Good to Have

- Experience with Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, or Docker.
- Any personal backend project or GitHub repository.
- Basic knowledge of Rust.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
