Back Office Assistant Manager

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Back Office Assistant Manager with strong knowledge of stock broking operations, share accounting, trade processing, exchange compliance, and taxation. The candidate will be responsible for managing back-office activities, regulatory files, reconciliations, and coordination with exchanges and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end stock broking back-office operations and share accounting.
- Manage trade processing, brokerage uploads, UCC/CKYC, and exchange file uploads.
- Prepare and upload margin files and periodic regulatory reports.
- Coordinate with NSE, BSE, MCX, Depositories, and other intermediaries.
- Support TDS, GST, accounting, MIS, and reconciliation activities.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.




- Assist with audits and ensure timely regulatory compliance.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Shilpi Back Office Software.
- Knowledge of NSE/BSE/MCX operations, UCC, CKYC, KYC, and margin reporting.
- Strong understanding of share accounting and trade processing.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and SUMIFS.
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education

B.Com/M.Com or equivalent. CA Inter/Semi-qualified CA preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
