Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with visa, travel documentation, and service-related queries.
- Provide accurate information and maintain high service quality.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of processes.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM.

Requirements:

- 0.6 to 2 years of experience in customer service or B2C roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
