ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Azure Stack HCI Engineer with solid expertise in Hyper-V, MS Failover Clustering, S2D, Windows Server, networking and production support.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

- 8+ years in Hyper-V / MS Cluster Administration
- Azure Stack HCI & S2D Cluster
- Hyper-V installation, configuration & VM management
- MS Failover Cluster installation, configuration & troubleshooting
- Hyper-V Replication
- Windows Server 2008–2022 administration
- OS upgrades, patching & firmware upgrades
- Performance tuning & troubleshooting
- DNS, DHCP & GPO
- RCA using logs and dump-file analysis
- Perfmon,



Procmon & Netmon
- Customer-facing / technical support experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Install, configure and manage Hyper-V and Azure Stack HCI environments
- Troubleshoot S2D, cluster and VM issues
- Perform OS patching and firmware upgrades
- Handle Windows Server upgrades and production support
- Analyze performance issues, logs and dump files
- Provide RCA and resolution for complex incidents
- Work directly with customers and cross-functional teams
- Maintain high-quality communication and support standards
