We are hiring an experienced Azure Identity & Access Management Engineer for a leading client.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Hands-on experience in ground-up, end-to-end Azure IAM implementation, not limited to support or maintenance.

Solid experience in large-scale identity migration, preferably MIM to Entra ID/Azure AD migrations involving 10K+ user accounts.

Experience handling complex identity scenarios, including multi-role and dual-ID scenarios.





Hands-on application onboarding using SAML, OIDC, RBAC and Conditional Access.

Experience integrating identity platforms with external systems through APIs, including Workday, Banner or similar HR/business applications.

Experience with physical access integrations such as biometric and ID-card systems will be an added advantage.

Strong troubleshooting experience involving attribute mismatches, certificates, URLs, synchronization issues and sync service failures.

Hands-on experience with MFA, SSO, JIT access and IP whitelisting.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and synchronization edge cases.
