Role Description The Ayurveda Webinar Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves planning, organizing, and hosting online webinars focused on Ayurvedic sexual health solutions and related wellness topics.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules with internal experts, preparing webinar content and scripts, and managing invitations, registration, and attendee communication. The executive will engage with participants during live sessions, handle queries professionally, and follow up with attendees for feedback, lead nurturing, and product information. The role also requires maintaining records of webinars,



tracking attendance and engagement metrics, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to support outreach and awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

- Understanding of Ayurveda and basic knowledge of sexual health and wellness, with willingness to learn company products and protocols.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain concepts clearly and handle sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism.
- Experience with webinar platforms and basic technical skills for managing online sessions, including troubleshooting common audio/visual issues.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to plan events, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Customer service orientation, with skills in handling inquiries, building rapport, and maintaining confidentiality and respect for client privacy.
- Basic marketing or outreach experience, such as promoting webinars, creating simple promotional content, or working with social media and messaging tools.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
