Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Ayurveda Digital Marketing Manager. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive qualified leads for Ayurvedic sexual wellness products. Daily tasks include managing social media channels, creating and supervising digital content, coordinating promotional campaigns, and monitoring web analytics to improve performance.

The person in this role will collaborate with sales and product teams to refine messaging, ensure compliance with health and advertising guidelines, and develop strategies for customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities also include tracking campaign ROI,



preparing performance reports, and staying updated on trends in digital marketing and Ayurvedic healthcare.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience planning and executing integrated online campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for brand building, audience engagement, and community management.
- Ability in Lead Generation using digital channels to attract, nurture, and convert prospective customers.
- Experience with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and recommend improvements.
- Good understanding of or strong interest in Ayurveda, sexual wellness, and health-related communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, sensitive, and responsible messaging.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative setting, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or Ayurvedic products marketing is preferred.
