3–5+ years of relevant experience in DMS / Business Analysis / Functional Consulting.
Strong understanding of automobile dealership business processes.
Hands-on knowledge of DMS applications.
Experience in Change Management and User Adoption.
Valuable understanding of Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Warranty and Workshop processes.
Experience in requirements gathering, UAT, testing, issue management, and process documentation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
