Automation Specialist (Hybrid) – GurgaonRoles & Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain business automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Automate repetitive tasks across booking, guest communication, property management, and internal operations.
- Integrate tools and platforms using no-code/low-code solutions such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or APIs.
- Optimize workflows between Airbnb, PMS, CRM, Google Workspace, and other business systems.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards for operational and business insights.
- Identify manual processes and recommend automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and ensure reliable system performance.
- Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to streamline processes.




- Document automation workflows and provide training to team members.
- Stay up to date with the latest automation tools and AI technologies.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar automation platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or Notion.
- Knowledge of CRM, PMS, and hospitality technology is a plus.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or AI workflow platforms is an advantage.
