We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing processes, hands-on experience in automation frameworks, and a passion for ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement comprehensive test suites using a variety of testing tools, including Cucumber for behavior-driven development and Detox for testing React Native applications, to validate software functionality and user experience.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies.
- Perform API testing, UI testing, and integration testing using automation tools.
- Regularly update and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Continuously enhance testing methodologies and frameworks to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in software testing and automation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
- Proficient in JavaScript, with a solid understanding of its ecosystems and frameworks, particularly for writing test automation scripts.
- Experience using testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber,



and Detox to ensure the robustness and reliability of software solutions.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
