Job Title: PLC Programmer

Job Summary

Would you like to work for a growing and specialist engineering company who provide turnkey projects in production systems integration

Responsibilities

- Program a variety of PLCs using Ladder Logic, Function block or Statement List methods.

- Programming and configuring SCADA software packages

- IP network design and configuration.

- To develop software, test control systems and work on various projects.

- Responsible for programming assembly lines, robotic devises using range of PLCs.

- Perform In-House test and site commissioning under formal client witnessed conditions.

Requirements

- Robust PLC / controls background ideally working the full lifecycle of a project from conceptual design all the way through to commissioning on site.

- Experienced working with Siemens PLCs , S7 1200, 1500, TIA Portal,



WinCC and nice to have Beckhoff PLC programming experience.

- Use of CAD (e.g. E-Plan) and experience producing documents above.

- The ability to fault find and modify code.

- A Time served apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualification.

- Previous experience working as part of a team to design, implement and test control/integrated systems..
