Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for an Audit Manager.

The Audit

Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end audit processes, including conducting statutory, internal, and tax audits, analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks such as Income Tax, GST, and other relevant laws. The role also involves handling Direct Tax and Indirect Tax matters, including return filings, assessments, and advisory. The candidate will be required to report audit findings, provide practical recommendations for process improvements, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure effective financial management, compliance, and reporting.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have robust proficiency in financial statements, financial audits,



and overall accounting principles, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Professional qualifications such as CMA, or equivalent will be preferred; however, candidates who are semi-qualified (CA Inter), article clerks undergoing articleship, or commerce graduates/postgraduates (B.Com/M.Com) with 2–5 years of relevant experience in audit and taxation will also be considered. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Direct Tax, Indirect Tax (GST), and other taxation matters.

Additionally, strong organizational abilities, effective communication skills, teamwork, and prior experience in handling responsibilities independently or in a leadership capacity will be an added advantage.
