About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for researchers and academics who want to apply their expertise in a high-impact, forward-thinking environment. No prior AI experience needed — your scientific depth is what matters.

What You'll Do

- Design, solve, and review advanced atmospheric science problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in climate modeling, meteorology, ecology, or sustainability to craft complex, rigorous problem statements
- Evaluate AI-generated scientific reasoning for accuracy, depth, and methodological soundness
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen AI model outputs
- Ensure scientific rigor, clarity, and precision across all deliverables
- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are





- Master's or PhD in Atmospheric Science, Climate Science, Environmental Science, or a closely related field
- Experienced with Python or R for research, data analysis, or modeling
- Deep expertise in at least one of: climate modeling, atmospheric dynamics, ecology, or sustainability science
- Exceptionally clear written communicator who can translate complex science into well-structured problems
- Detail-oriented and methodical — you hold yourself to high standards of scientific accuracy
- Fluent in English

Nice to Have

- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Background in academic research, peer review, or scientific publishing
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning tools as a researcher or end user
- Experience designing curricula, problem sets, or research challenges
