Role Description The A Trainer – English role is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati. The trainer will conduct engaging English language training sessions for teachers and/or students, aligned with Next Education’s curriculum, pedagogy, and product offerings. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons and training modules, delivering interactive workshops, demonstrating effective classroom practices, and supporting the implementation of Next Education solutions in partner schools.

The trainer will also gather feedback from participants, document training outcomes,



and coordinate with academic and product teams to refine training content. This role involves occasional school visits, relationship-building with school stakeholders, and ensuring consistent communication and support for partners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Training skills, with the ability to deliver clear, structured sessions to diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present, listen actively, and adapt messages for teachers, students, and school management.
- Candidates should possess Translation skills where needed to bridge language gaps and support understanding of English content and pedagogical materials.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to build positive relationships with schools, respond to queries, and provide ongoing support.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; a teaching certification or B.Ed. is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an English teacher or trainer at the K–12 level, preferably with exposure to CBSE, ICSE, or state boards.
- Ability to use digital tools and educational technology platforms for training and classroom demonstrations.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to travel locally for school-based training sessions.
