ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (AGM)

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Department: Group Management

Reporting to: Board of Directors

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Board and CAO in overall group-level management.
- Coordinate operations across VTrust Eye Hospital, VTrust Group of Institutions and VTrust Finishing School.
- Monitor departmental performance and ensure timely execution of management decisions.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, Purchase, Clinical, Marketing and Operations departments.
- Conduct management meetings, review action points and ensure follow-up.
- Prepare management reports, MIS and performance updates.
- Support business development, process improvement and organizational growth.
- Ensure effective communication between Directors and department heads.

Candidate Profile

- Postgraduate with solid management skills.
- 5+ years of experience in administration, operations or management.
- Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making ability.
- Healthcare / Education group management experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.87 - ₹90,888.33 per month
