Inaara NeoFoods is building India’s first farm-to-formulation platform for plant derived functional nutrients for everyday food by partnering with F&B; companies (domestic as well as exports) to develop scalable, clean-label and commercially viable food solutions. Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 8–10 years of experience in finance and accounts
- Experience in financial reporting, accounting, internal controls, negotiations, audit, taxation, compliance, working capital and cash-flow management
- Strong business acumen with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High ownership,



execution orientation and ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced, and evolving business workplace

Key Responsibilities:

1) Accounting & Controls

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and MIS.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, processes, and SOPs

2) Audit, Tax & Compliance

- Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, Companies Act requirements, secretarial sand other applicable regulations

3) Treasury

- Monitor and manage cash flows and working capital requirements
- Manage banking relationships, fund requirements, and treasury activities

4) Procurement & Cost Management

- Support vendor evaluation and commercial negotiations from a financial and risk perspective.
- Monitor purchase price variances, material costs, and other key procurement-related financial metrics.
