Required Qualifications & Experience

- Any Graduate (Japanese language qualification preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or above)
- ITIL certified with a solid understanding of IT service management and IT operations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, coordination, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience in vendor management, reporting, and metrics/KPI management
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift workplace from the Chennai office




- Experience working with Japanese clients and stakeholders
- Experience in project transition and knowledge transfer activities
Strong understanding of end-to-end project delivery and operational processes

- Technical Skills

- Experience in BAU (Business As Usual) operations and support management
- Ability to monitor, analyse, and report operational metrics
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and service delivery processes
- Valuable to have hands-on experience or knowledge of:
- Windows Administration
Linux Administration
