Role Overview

As an Associate Implementation Manager, you will be at the center of how Global PayEX goes live with major bank and enterprise clients. You will work directly with client teams — CFO offices, treasury teams, and bank implementation leads — to configure, deploy, and onboard our AR/AP automation platform. This is not a coding role.

It is a client-facing, problem-solving, project ownership role for someone who understands technology well enough to bridge the gap between engineering and the business. If you are someone who loves working with enterprise clients, can manage a project timeline, and wants to see how technology transforms financial operations at scale — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Solutioning

- Run product demos for corporate finance teams, treasury heads, and CFOs.
- Understand each prospect's accounts-receivable process, ERP landscape, and pain points; translate these into a tailored solution narrative.
- Prepare pre-call briefs, solutioning notes,



objection-handling material, and follow-up communication for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Support the pipeline by qualifying prospects, contributing to sales collateral and audits, and moving accounts through the funnel.
- Represent the product with credibility in front of senior finance stakeholders.

Implementation & Delivery

● Lead end-to-end onboarding of enterprise clients onto the Global PayEX platform, working with bank partners and corporate treasury teams.

● Coordinate between client stakeholders, internal product teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth go-lives.

● Configure and test platform workflows based on client-specific requirements.

● Prepare implementation plans, training materials, and status reports for client and internal stakeholders. ● Identify and resolve implementation blockers quickly, escalating where needed.

● Build trusted relationships with client contacts throughout the implementation lifecycle.

● Support continuous improvement of our implementation playbooks and documentation.

Operations, Onboarding & Adoption

- Work with the Operations team on end-user onboarding once a client is live.
- Design and run training programs, adoption campaigns, and refresher sessions for the client's finance users and their downstream users.




- Monitor throughput and adoption metrics for your accounts; identify drop-offs and act on them.
- Own the client relationship post go-live for at least the stabilisation period.

What We're Looking For

● 1–2 years of full-time work experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or a finance/treasury function within a corporate.

● Educational background in finance, commerce, or business (B.Com, BBA, BMS, MBA-Finance, CA Inter/CA, CFA L1+, or equivalent).

● Robust understanding of basic finance concepts — accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliation, collections, working capital, DSO.

● Comfortable being client-facing: confident in demos, meetings, and presentations with senior finance stakeholders.

● Proactive by default — able to spot what needs doing next and drive it without being asked.

● Strong written and verbal communication in English.

● Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.

● Familiarity with tools like Excel, JIRA, Claude, Confluence, or project management platforms is a plus.
