Why This Role Matters

As an Associate – Sales, you will help drive the adoption of Afford across our existing Long Tail merchant base. You will work with a large portfolio of GoKwik merchants, identify relevant opportunities, engage them through high-volume outbound conversations, and drive them towards activation and go-live.

What You’ll Own

- Drive Afford adoption across an assigned portfolio of GoKwik merchants.

- Conduct high-volume outreach through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

- Pitch Afford’s value proposition and handle merchant objections.

- Follow up with interested merchants and drive them through activation and go-live.

- Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach, conversions, activations, and revenue.





- Work with internal teams to resolve merchant queries and enable smooth go-live.

Who You Are

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.

- Robust communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable with high-volume outbound sales and target-driven environments.

- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple conversations.

- Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.

- Comfortable using CRM tools and tracking sales metrics.
