About Lozanaa

Lozanaa is a science-backed wellness brand founded by Dr. Monika Srivastava, a pharmaceutical scientist with 25+ years of industry experience. We build nutraceutical and personal care products rooted in real clinical evidence and not trends. We sell direct-to-consumer across our website, marketplaces, and quick commerce, and we're now building out a line of proprietary products backed by our founder's pharma credibility.

Role: Product Development Associate

We're looking for someone with a pharmacy background who wants to get hands-on with how wellness products actually get made — from formulation to the factory floor.

What you'll do:

- Work on formulating current products across nutraceuticals and personal care
- Liaise directly with manufacturers — be the brand's point of contact for all things production
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms with vendors




- Manage product reorders and ensure stock continuity
- Scout new manufacturers and product opportunities in the category
- Support category expansion as we move into more proprietary products

- Who we're looking for:

- B.Pharm / Pharm.D / M.Pharm (or equivalent) — freshers welcome
- Up to 2 years of experience in product development, formulation, or vendor management (not mandatory)
- Comfortable with negotiation and direct vendor/manufacturer communication
- Detail-oriented — comfortable with documentation, specs, and follow-ups
- Curious about the nutraceutical and personal care space; bonus if you've followed D2C wellness brands
