What are we looking for:

As an Audit Associate Manager, you will be part of the engagement team supporting audit and assurance services for clients in compliance with US GAAP, US GAAS, PCAOB standards, and regulatory requirements. This role provides the foundation for developing technical expertise, professional judgment, and client service skills in the field of public accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality audit workpapers across all engagements within allocated budgets and timelines, minimizing review comments.




- Lead and execute complex audit and review procedures in accordance with the firms methodology.
- Review workpapers, audit evidence, and testing completed by the junior team members.
- Perform substantive testing, analytical procedures, and detailed balance/disclosure reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Research technical accounting and auditing issues, applying relevant regulatory guidance effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to meet engagement deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Communicate key audit observations and findings to Managers.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to skilled ethics, independence, and quality control standards.

Skill Set:

- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in US Audits and Review Engagements.
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP (IND AS/IFRS is also preferred), US GAAS and other auditing standards.
- Proven experience in preparing and reviewing draft financial statements and footnote disclosures.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other audit tools.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to management multiple assignments independently.

Qualification:

- Preferred Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience.
