PURPOSE

The purpose of a Lead resource in Recruitment is to attract right talents as per the business requirement. The role envisions itself as a SME in RCM recruiting division.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Able to showcase the advance level of recruitment
- Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
- Assist teams in screening resumes
- Conduct initial phone screens
- Schedule calls and interviews
- Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
- Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
- Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters)
- Coordinate drug tests and background checks
- Participate in recruiting events
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

REQUISITE SKILLS





- In-depth knowledge and extensive working experience in core areas of HR

Recruitment.
- Robust sense of responsibility and principle, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, good logical thinking and learning ability.
- Certification in any HR related competencies is plus
- Prior experience in handling recruitment lifecycle is a must.
- Must be able to plan, prioritize, manage tasks and have strategic and analytical thinking capability.
- Exhibit high level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
