Role Overview

The Coordinator-Legal Wing will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and management of all legal activities of the obdu (Digital Doctor Clinic.) The role requires ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, managing documentation, liaising with external legal advisors, and supporting internal teams with legal guidance to safeguard the company’s interests.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all legal activities, including compliance, contracts, and documentation.

Draft, review, and maintain legal agreements, contracts, MoUs, and other official documents.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Liaise with external lawyers, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.

Support management in handling legal disputes, notices, and litigation matters.

Maintain proper records of legal documents, agreements, and case files.

Assist in preparing reports and legal updates for management.

Coordinate with other departments (HR, Finance, Operations)



to ensure legal compliance across functions.

Coordinate with partner (Representative channel partner employees) to ensure revenue/legal compliance across functions.

Provide administrative support to the legal team and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) .

2–3 years of experience in legal coordination, compliance, or related roles.

Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labor laws.

Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation software/tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
