Role Description

Guest Service Associate (F&B;)

The Associate role at Khaas Bagh is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. In this role, the Associate supports day-to-day operations, including assisting, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

Responsibilities may include coordinating with other departments, managing reservations, maintaining accurate records, and helping with administrative tasks as needed.

The Associate also contributes to maintaining cleanliness and order in designated areas, following company policies,



and supporting senior team members with operational and service-related duties.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues.
- Valuable communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Basic administrative and organizational skills, including handling documentation, reservations, and record-keeping.
- Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur and collaborate effectively in a hospitality team environment.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to solving problems and supporting daily operations.
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification at the high school or diploma level; hospitality or tourism-related education is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
