About The Role

We are setting up a cross-functional unit to ensure that all the strategic initiatives are implemented, and that timely assistance is given to each agile activity. It is expected to work closely with the founder on strategic initiatives for the firm as well as drive organizational capability. The founder’s office is one lever to enable these functions systematically.

The role in the Founder’s Office is a transformational role at Pierag Consulting based out of Gurgaon and is responsible for supporting Founder’s Office in driving the overall strategic initiatives, growth of the Service lines, managing special projects, driving key operations, and supporting internal events & communications.





This role will report to the Founder while working closely with all the Service line leaders and other stakeholders as may be required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish a bird's-eye view across the team, and multiple functional partners, working to connect the dots to help the team maintain momentum in a highly dynamic working environment.
- Drive Focus, Speed &
- Efficiency at the Founder’s Office.
- Understand and cascade the Founder’s priorities throughout the organization and drive strategic alignment of the leadership team towards faster decision making.
- Interpret, simplify, and prioritize relevant data/insights to drive decision making at the Founder’s office.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop client communication / presentations.
- Assist the Founder in running time bound Exec-Connects and Leadership meetings.

Drive Business Growth, Strategy &

- Organizational Excellence

- Drive business growth through new opportunities, market expansion, and revenue-focused initiatives.
- Lead business strategy development and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive business development by building strategic partnerships, alliances, and new business opportunities.
- Support leadership with data-driven insights, performance tracking, and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and execution of key business priorities and strategic initiatives.

Function Advancement

- AI &
- Tech Enablement: Drive adoption of AI and digital tools to improve analytics, reporting,



and decision-making across businesses and commercial functions.
- Executive Communication &
- Business Acumen: Strong command over Excel and presentations with the ability to articulate insights clearly and present confidently to senior leadership.

Internal Events &

- Communications

- Work closely with the internal communications team for preparation and dissemination of communication to employees regarding the organizational vision, strategy and achievements.
- Work to drive the overall brand presence of the firm through various brand marketing activities.
- Work with Management to plan and execute annual team events, offsites, and functional updates.
- Develop presentation materials for Leadership speaking engagements.
- Drive periodic reviews (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) on agreed performance metrics.

Special Projects

- Serve as liaison and point of contact for initiatives and cross functional partnerships.
- Specific accountabilities associated with managing special projects include: scoping, work-planning, setting review cadence, building content & orchestrating across service lines and ensuring work is delivered on time.

Qualifications

- Preferred relevant work experience- 7+ years of experience (it can include 3 years of effective articleship / internship)
- CA or MBA from recognized B-School.

- Ability to influence without direct authority in situations where progress is slow or critical deliverables are stalling.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
