We are seeking an experienced Associate Director – Finance & Accounting to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end F&A; operations across R2R, AP, AR, and FP&A;, manage global client relationships, drive operational excellence, and lead large teams to deliver high-quality financial services.

What to expect in your journey

Accounting & Financial Leadership

· Provide strategic leadership to multiple teams of Property Accountants supporting the US Property Management and Real Estate industry.

· Lead and oversee end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations across all key towers, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence.

· Manage and Develop large, high performing teams with experience leading 100+ FTE's across multiple functions while driving productivity, quality, stakeholder satisfaction and business outcomes.

· Direct the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, management reports, journal entries, and general ledger activities.

· Ensure the integrity of financial data through robust reconciliation, review, and accounting control procedures.

· Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning initiatives to support business objectives.

· Review and approve complex account8ng transactions, including revenue, expenses, payroll, acquisitions, dispositions, and property closings.

· Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence across accounting functions.

· Oversee treasury-related activities,



including bank reconciliations, wire transfers, mortgage payments, and investor distributions.

Client Relationship Management

· Build and strengthen long-term client partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor for financial and operational matters.

· Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth through proactive engagement and value-added solutions.

· Lead governance meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions with client stakeholders.

· Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and clients to address concerns, resolve issues, and achieve service excellence.

· Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and enhance client value.

People Leadership & Talent Management

· Lead, mentor, and develop managers and high-performing teams to achieve operational and business objectives.

· Establish performance goals, KPIs, and development plans aligned with organizational strategy.

· Drive employee engagement, succession planning, talent development, and leadership capability building.

· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and quality excellence.

· Optimize workforce planning, resource allocation, and productivity to meet business demands.

· Proactively manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and retention initiatives while maintaining attrition targets.

· Champion organizational values, change management initiatives, and employee well-being programs.

Operational & Strategic Excellence





· Develop and execute operational strategies that support business growth, scalability, and profitability.

· Monitor key performance metrics, service delivery standards, and quality benchmarks across functions.

· Partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, implement transformation initiatives, and drive business outcomes.

· Ensure effective risk management, compliance, and governance practices across operations.

· Lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency, innovation, and customer experience.

What you bring to the table

· Minimum 16+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations within a global organization, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role managing large F&A; teams and multiple service lines.

· Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com) is mandatory; a skilled qualification such as CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
