Roundglass Living
Delhi
Who we are:
Roundglass is a wholistic wellbeing company working to empower healthier lives, stronger communities, and a more sustainable world. That w in wholistic is intentional: We believe true wellbeing spans the whole human experience, from how we care for ourselves to our connections with others and the planet.
This philosophy shapes both what we build and how we work. We’ve created an environment where supporting people’s whole selves fuels their most meaningful work.
Roundglass creates real-world impact through two core pillars:
Roundglass Giving is our nonprofit arm that drives philanthropic work in youth development, women's equity, and environmental sustainability. Our mission is to transform communities by tackling systemic challenges and unlocking human potential through Roundglass Sports, Roundglass Sustain, the Roundglass Foundation, and the Global India Institute (GIC). These efforts have reached millions of people, creating scalable models of community-led change.
Through the Roundglass Living platform, we deliver personalized wellbeing guidance rooted in science. The Roundglass Living app helps people develop habits that last through breathwork, meditation, movement, nutrition, music, and more.
We built Roundglass on the belief that people thrive when they’re supported wholistically, and we apply this philosophy to how we work together as a team. If you're passionate about transforming communities and creating systemic change and want to contribute to a culture that embodies the impact we're creating, we'd love to meet you.
About the Role
Roundglass Creative Studio is looking for a detail-oriented Associate with a strong interest in non-fiction storytelling, a grounding in documentary research and production processes, and the ability to work confidently in fast-paced, real-world environments.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Creative Lead and support the development and production of films across the Studio. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, programme teams, community members, contributors, and external production crews through every stage of the filmmaking process — from story discovery, research and validation to pre-production, field shoots, post-production, and final delivery.
We are looking for someone who understands that a strong documentary film begins long before the camera starts rolling. It requires curiosity,
thorough research, careful validation, an understanding of context, and detailed preparation. It means finding the layers within a story - understanding not only what happened, but why it matters, whose perspective needs to be represented, and what will make the story meaningful to an audience.
The role requires someone who is comfortable going across Punjab, comfortable meeting people and communities, listening closely, and asking the right questions. The candidate should be able to observe and identify the impact of different programmes and help translate that into strong, research-backed pre-production material.
The Associate will help ensure that research, contributors, production requirements, references, footage, feedback, and post-production workflows are organized and followed through carefully.
What you’ll do:
End-to-End Project Coordination | Development to Post-Production
- Conduct in-depth online and field research to support story discovery, development, and validation.
- Support the Creative Lead in identifying solid case studies and contributors and ensuring that research and narrative choices remain aligned with the film’s creative objective.
- Develop and organise research notes, contributor profiles, beat sheets, step outlines, visual references, and shot breakdowns in line with the creative direction.
- Coordinate with writers on scripts, revisions, feedback, and timely submissions.
- Support pre-production planning and crew coordination, ensuring clarity and alignment on schedules, requirements, deliverables, and expectations across departments.
- Coordinate closely with internal programme teams, contributors, communities, and external production partners to ensure information and production requirements are communicated accurately and on time.
- Across all productions, ensure adherence to Roundglass standards, design guidelines, science and factual accuracy, safety protocols, compliances, and ethical storytelling practices.
On-Ground Shoot Coordination
- Act as a key bridge between the creative team, production crew, programme teams, and contributors during shoots.
- Help ensure contributors, locations, scenes, and production requirements are ready and coordinated according to the shooting plan.
- Track shot sequences and coverage requirements, helping the team stay aligned with the creative brief while responding to the realities of the field.
- Maintain detailed shoot logs, contributor notes, coverage records, and production documentation to ensure continuity from production into post-production.
- Manage on-ground flow and troubleshoot coordination challenges as they arise, supporting the crew in making informed decisions within real-time constraints.
Post-Production Support
- Work closely with the post-production team to ensure that creative briefs, footage, research, contributor context, and production notes are clearly organised and handed over.
- Provide editorial support through shoot logs, story notes, contributor and character context, transcripts, research material, and visual references.
- Coordinate across different stages of post-production, including editing, graphics, sound, colour, reviews, feedback, and final delivery, as required.
- Track post-production schedules, review rounds, feedback, approval gateways, and deliverables to ensure projects move efficiently through each stage.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between creative, programme, and external teams, ensuring feedback is consolidated, communicated clearly, and followed through.
- Maintain organised project documentation and ensure that final masters, project files, assets, and supporting material are properly managed, handed over and archived.
Qualifications & Skills
