Role Description The Assistant Team Leader will support the team in managing real estate research, client consulting assignments, and portfolio management activities. This full-time, on-site role based in Thane includes coordinating feasibility studies, assisting with location strategy and asset valuation, and preparing performance and fair value reports for client portfolios. The role involves handling client communication, organizing property inspections, monitoring tenancies and utility-related documentation, and supporting the execution of investment and financing transactions.

Leader will help compile and analyze market data,



prepare presentations and reports, and ensure accurate documentation and follow-up across projects and client engagements. The role also requires close collaboration with senior team members to ensure timely delivery of services and high levels of client satisfaction.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to work with market data, financial models, and feasibility studies.
- Candidates should possess client-facing and communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication and the ability to prepare professional presentations and reports.
- Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills, including task prioritization, documentation management, and follow-through on multiple projects.
- Candidates should possess basic financial and real estate domain understanding, including familiarity with portfolio management concepts, property valuation, and investment processes.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and leadership support skills, including the ability to work in a team, assist senior leaders, and take responsibility for assigned deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with data analysis tools is beneficial.
- Prior experience or internship in real estate, consulting, or financial services will be an advantage.
