Role Description The Assistant Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The role involves supporting senior team members in conducting real estate research, preparing feasibility studies, and analyzing location strategies, asset valuations, and portfolio performance.

The Assistant Team

Leader will help coordinate client engagements, compile and interpret market and project data, prepare reports and presentations, and assist in managing property-related activities and documentation.



This role also includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of consulting assignments, monitoring key project milestones, and maintaining accurate records to support informed decision-making for clients.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, including comfort with data-driven decision-making and market analysis.
- Knowledge of real estate concepts such as feasibility studies, valuation, portfolio management, and investment analysis.
- Proficiency in report writing, presentation preparation, and documentation using common office productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and maintain detailed records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Prior experience or internship exposure in real estate consulting, investment advisory, or property management is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
