Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Jhansi. This role supports overall store operations, including supervising daily sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.

The Assistant Store

Manager collaborates with the Store Manager to monitor inventory, manage staff schedules, and implement retail loss prevention measures. This position also focuses on guiding and motivating the team, resolving customer concerns, and contributing to sales targets and store performance goals.



The role requires hands-on involvement on the sales floor, active participation in promotional activities, and accurate reporting on store metrics.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
- Experience in Store Management, including daily operations, team supervision, and sales coordination.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and ensure store security.
- Previous experience in retail, preferably fashion or kidswear, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team and manage performance constructively.
- Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail reporting tools; comfort with handling cash and reconciliations.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional education in retail management or business is an advantage.
