- Organize regular patrols of the entire property, including guest areas, offices, and public spaces.
- Assist in conducting hazard and risk assessments and implementing accident/fire prevention procedures.
- Monitor for unauthorized vandalism or property removal.
- Incident response and investigation:
- Implement and execute incident response plans.
- Conduct investigations into criminal activities or incidents that occur on the property.
- Maintain accurate logs of security incidents and follow-up actions.
- Assist in handling crimes, accidents, and other emergencies.
- Compliance and administration:
- Ensure the hotel complies with all local safety and fire legislation.
- Maintain all required security and safety logs, certifications,
and documents.
- Liaise with government and law enforcement agencies as needed.
- Collaboration and communication:
- Work with other hotel departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, to ensure seamless security operations.
- Coordinate additional security personnel for events and conferences.
