Role Description The Assistant Professor CSE will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Computer Science and Engineering, delivering lectures, labs, and tutorials aligned with the institute’s academic standards.

Responsibilities include designing and updating course materials, preparing lesson plans, assessing student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, and providing academic guidance and mentoring. The role involves contributing to curriculum development, participating in departmental meetings and committees, engaging in research and scholarly activities, and supporting accreditation and quality assurance processes.

Professor is also expected to guide student projects,



foster industry-academia interaction, and participate in seminars, workshops, and other academic events. This is a full-time, on-site role based at GGI in Khanna.

Qualifications

- Postgraduate degree (M.Tech/M.E) in Computer Science and Engineering or a closely related field; Ph.D. in CSE or allied discipline is preferred.
- Strong foundation in core CSE subjects such as Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Databases, and Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools commonly used in academia and industry (e.g., C/C++, Java, Python, web technologies, basic data analytics or AI/ML concepts).
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging lectures, manage laboratory sessions, and use contemporary teaching aids and learning management systems.
- Experience or interest in research, publications, conference participation, and guiding student projects in emerging areas of Computer Science.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support a diverse student body.
- Commitment to outcome-based education, continuous improvement, ethical practices, and student-centered learning.
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is an advantage; fresh candidates with strong academic records and teaching aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
