Job Overview

We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Merchandiser with a strong background in the apparel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end vendor management, garment costing, and quality control. We are looking for someone tech-savvy who is open to exploring and integrating modern AI generation tools into fashion merchandising workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with apparel suppliers and vendors; monitor production schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

Costing & Pricing: Prepare, negotiate, and analyze product costings to achieve optimal margins without compromising quality.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with quality control teams to ensure products adhere to the required brand standards and specifications.

Order Execution:



Oversee the complete merchandising cycle from sampling to final shipment dispatch.

AI Tool Integration: Learn and adopt emerging AI generation tools to streamline design selection, trend analysis, and merchandising operations.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Degree/Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Garment Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as a Merchandiser in the apparel/retail industry.

Vendor & Costing Expertise: Deep understanding of garment cost breakdown, fabric sourcing, vendor negotiation, and production processes.

Quality Focus: Strong grasp of garment construction, fabric specs, and quality control parameters.

Tech-Minded: Enthusiastic and open to learning AI generation tools to modernize merchandising workflows.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
